i-SITE's are the official visitor information centers in New Zealand. There are three i-SITEs in Hawke's Bay and one associated member located in Central Hawke's Bay, as well as an independent information centre in Havelock North.
These centres’ services include assistance in planning and booking your Hawke’s Bay and New Zealand travel itinerary and event booking. The i-SITES have internet, email and luggage storage facilities available too. The centres also have an excellent selection of gifts and souvenirs.
The Hastings i-Site Visitor Centre is situated in the heart of Hastings and is placed within the old Westerman’s Building, a fine example of Spanish Mission architecture.
The Napier i-site Visitor Centre is situated next to the Soundshell on Marine Parade and also offers the same services with a friendly smile. Many tours leave from the centre.
The Wairoa i-SITE is located on the corner of State Highway 2 and Queen Street in Wairoa.
Central Hawke's Bay Visitor Information Centre is located on the Railway Esplanade, Waipukurau, and located at the roundabout in Havelock North is the brand new information centre Havelock North Village Info .
